摘  要:通过化学气相沉积法制备了石墨烯,采用电沉积工艺在石墨烯表面沉积了氧化锌层,获得氧化锌/石墨烯复合膜,利用场发射扫描电子显微镜观察了样品的形貌,测试了石墨烯、氧化锌及氧化锌/石墨烯复合膜气敏元件对乙醇的气敏响应特性。结果表明,所制备的复合膜是氧化锌为壳,石墨烯片为核的核壳状复合纳米片结构;氧化锌/石墨烯复合膜对乙醇的响应信号最大、最稳定,而该元件对乙醇的响应信号对温度具有很强的依赖性,在300℃高温下仍可正常使用。Graphene nanosheets were synthesized by a chemical vapor deposition method. The zinc oxide layers were deposited on the graphene sheet surface by electrodeposition. The sam- ples were observed hy scanning electron microscopy. The gas response properties of graphene, ZnO, and ZnO/graphene com- posite were also tested. The results showed that the core shell composite nanosheets were prepared with zinc oxide as shell and graphene sheets as nuclei. The response of ZnO/graphene corn posite to ethanol is the largest and the most stable, and has a strong dependence on the temperature, and can be normal at high-temperature 300 ℃.
