摘 要:目的研究PScA rs2294008多态性是否与膀胱癌易感性相关。方法抽取235例膀胱癌患者和200例非膀胱癌患者的血样,进行基因型测定,确定患者血样中PSCArs2294008基因型,进行病例对照研究。结果rs2294008的基因型CC、CT和TT在膀胱癌患者中出现的概率分别为42.1%、47.7%、10.2%,在对照组中分别为52.0%、40.0%、8.0%;合并的CT/TT和CC基因型对比,合并基因型使膀胱癌风险显著增加(CT/TT:OR=1.37,95%CI1.08-1.74)。结论PSCA中rs2294008的基因多态性与膀胱癌的风险相关。Objective To investigate the association between the prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA) rs2294008 and bladder cancer. Methods We conducted a hospital-based case-control study of 235 cases and 200 controls. We genotyped the rs2294008 polymorpbism and assessed its associa- tion with risk of bladder cancer. Results The genotype of rs2294008 is CC, CT, and TT. In case group, the occurrence probability is 42.1%, 47.7%, 10.2%, and in control group, the occurrence probability is 52.0%, 40.0%, 8.0%. A significant increased risk of bladder cancer was found for rs2294008 CT/TT genotypes (adjusted odds ratio, 1.37; 95% confidence interval, 1.08-1.74) com- pared with the CC genotype. Conclusions These results indicated that the rs2294008 polymor- phism of PSCA gene may play a role in bladder cancer carcinogenesis and it could be served as a bio- marker for genetic susceptibility to bladder cancer.
