摘　　要：目的探讨新型内镜面罩在80岁及以上门诊老年患者无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果及安全性。方法对拟行无痛胃镜检查的35例老年患者在检查过程中使用已获授权发明专利的新型内镜面罩供氧,氧流量5 L/min,异丙酚行静脉麻醉,记录患者基础、检查前、检查中、检查后的脉搏氧饱和度(SpO_2)、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP),同时记录不良反应。结果检查过程中患者SpO_2较基础值明显增高且保持在较高水平(P<0.01),无明显缺氧情况发生。MAP在麻醉过后有所降低(P<0.05),但血压下降在基础值20%以内,HR在检查过程中无明显降低,无其他并发症,患者休息片刻后回家或安返病房。结论新型内镜面罩在门诊老年患者无痛胃镜检查中应用,可提高吸入氧浓度,持续提供充足氧气,减少不良事件发生率,让患者在操作中更安全,临床应用价值高。Objective To evaluate the safety and effects of a novel endoscopic mask used in outpatients aged over 80 years undergoing painless gastroscopy. Methods Thirty-five aged outpatients undergoing painless gastroscopy were managed with 5L/min oxygen by a novel patented endoscopic mask and intravenous anesthesia by propofol. Pulse oxygen saturation （SpO2） , heart rate （HR） and mean arterial pressure （MAP） were recorded at baseline and before, during and after operation. Adverse reactions were also recorded. Results SpO2 values during the procedure were significant higher than the baseline（P〈0.01 ）, and no obvious desaturation was recorded. MAP decreased after anesthesia （P〈0.05）, but the decreased value was less than 20% of the baseline. There was no significant decrease in HR during the procedure, and there was no other complications. All patients went back to ward or home safely after a short break. Conclusion The use of novel endoscopic mask in aged outpatients during painless gastroscopy is effective and safe, which can increase the fraction of inspired oxygen and provide adequate oxygen supply.
