软坚散结胶囊联合海扶治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价软坚散结胶囊联合海扶治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法将80例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为研究组与对照组,各40例。研究组给予软坚散结胶囊联合海扶治疗,对照组给予海扶治疗。于海扶术前1天、术后1天、1个月、3个月行MRI检查,分析肌瘤的体积消融率、能效因子、体积缩小率、并发症,评价两组疗效。结果海扶治疗体积消融率、能效因子无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组海扶术后1个月、3个月的体积缩小率高于对照组,且并发症减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论软坚散结胶囊联合海扶治疗子宫肌瘤明显促进肌瘤坏死组织的吸收,减少相关并发症。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Ruanjian Sanjie capsule combined with high intensity focused ultrasound（ HIFU） in the treatment of uterine myoma. Methods Totally 80 uterine myoma patients were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group was treated with Ruanjian Sanjie capsule combined with HIFU,and the control group was treated with HIFU. The MRI examinations were performed on the first day before the HIFU treatment,the first day after the HIFU treatment,the first month after the HIFU treatment,and the third month after the HIFU treatment. The ablation rate,the energy-efficiency factor,the volume reduction rates and the treatment complications were analyzed to evaluate the effect of Ruanjian Sanjie capsule combined with HIFU on uterine myoma.Results The ablation rate and the energy-efficiency factor in both groups had no significant statistical differences（ all P〉 0. 05）. The volume reduction rates of the first month and the third month after the HIFU treatment in the study group were higher than the those in the control group,and the complications rates in study group were lower than the those in the control group,and there waere statistical differences（ all P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Ruanjian Sanjie capsule significantly promoted the absorption of the necrotic tissue,and reduced the related complications after HIFU treatment of uterine myoma.
