摘  要:骨肉瘤是临床最常见的严重危害人类健康的恶性骨肿瘤,进一步提高治愈率是骨肉瘤研究的重要方向。耐药性(尤其是多药耐药性)的发生是骨肉瘤治疗失败的主要原因,而骨肉瘤多药耐药发生是多种因素共同作用的结果。Wnt通路与磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶通路在骨肉瘤耐药性的发生中发挥了重要作用。深入研究信号通路在骨肉瘤耐药性发生、发展中的作用,对于骨肉瘤靶向药物的研发以及提高患者的生存率有重要意义。Osteosarcoma is one of the most common malignant bone tumors, and improving the cure rate is of great significance in the research of osteosarcoma. Drug resistance ( especially multi-drug resistance ) is the major cause of chnieal treatment failure. The multi-drug resistance of osteosarcoma is associated with many factors. Wnt pathway and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) pathway play an important role in the development of drug-resistance of osteosarcoma,and it's very important to understand the mechanism of signal transduction pathways in the drug-resistance generation and development to osteosarcoma,and is of great significance for the research and development of targeted drugs and improve the survival rate.
