摘  要:细胞色素P4501A1(CYP1A1)酶是CYP酶超家族的成员。CYP1A1基因定位于人类染色体15q22~q24,参与致癌物亚硝胺和苯并芘的代谢活化,主要编码产物是芳烃羟化酶。目前CYP1A1基因多态性已经成为研究热点,其与食管癌的发生、发展有关。随着对食管癌易患性基因的深入研究、精准医学的发展,CYP1A1基因研究将会在预测食管癌高危人群和判断食管癌易患个体方面发挥重要作用,对食管癌的预防、早诊断、早治疗提供帮助,从而为人类战胜食管癌奠定基础。Cytochrome P4501A1 (CYP1 A1 ) is a member of cytochrome P450 super family. CYP1 A1 gene is located on human chromosome 15q22-q24, involved in the carcinogenic N-nitrosamines and benzo pyrene metabolism activation, and the main coding product is aryl hydrocarbon hydroxylase. The polymorphism of CYP1A1 gene has become the hotspot, which is associated with the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer. With further study of the susceptibility gene of esophageal cancer,precision medical development, CYP1A1 gene research which will play an important role in the predic- tion of esophageal cancer in high-risk populations and the judgment of esophageal cancer in susceptible individuals, which will also help for the prevention, early diagnosis and early treatment of esophageal cancer, and lay the foundation for overcoming esophageal carcinoma.
