介入化疗在宫颈癌近期疗效的观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨髂内动脉化疗或子宫动脉化疗栓塞在宫颈癌治疗中的意义。方法　给 82例宫颈癌患者做髂内动脉化疗或子宫动脉化疗栓塞加放疗共 97次 ,为观察组 ,另外选择与上述分期相近的 81例为对照组。观察并评定各组疗效。结果　观察组CR2 3例 ,PR45例 ,SD9例 ,PD5例 ,有效率 82 9%。其中 1 1例介入治疗后手术。对照组 ,CR1 6例 ,PR38例 ,SD2 3例 ,PD4例 ,有效率 66 6 %。结论　髂内动脉化疗或子宫动脉化疗栓塞作为宫颈癌的辅助治疗行之有效 ,能缩小原发病灶 ,尽快缓解临床症状 ,与放疗结合 ,可提高治疗效果 。Objective To study the value of iliac or uterine artery chemotherapy in treatment of cervical cancer Method: 82 cases of cervical cancer who were received 97 times iliac or uterine artery chemotherapy were observed group On the other hand,81 cases were analyzed to be as the contrast group The clinic outcome of the two group were observed and evaluated Result The responses rate of observed group were 82 9% Of them ,CR were 23 cases,PR 45 cases,SD 9 cases,PD 5 cases 11 cases received operation after intra artery chemotherapy Cnclusion It is effective method that iliac or uterine artery chemotherapy of cervical cancer It could reduce the size of lesion and relieve the clinic symptoms Intra artery chemotherapy combine with radiotherapy could enhance the treatment's effect The intra artery chemotherapy has better clinical values
