摘　　要：学者们主要从政治、经济、教育、地域、文化等方面阐述"李约瑟之谜"和"钱学森之问"的答案。屠呦呦获得诺贝尔奖向世界证实了当代中国的科技实力,是中华民族科技创新发生重大转折的标志。通过反思目前中国创新战略面临的困难和障碍,结合"李约瑟之谜"和"钱学森之问"以及屠呦呦获奖的经验,提出从正确定位政府的作用,改革人才管理体制,加强产学研合作,营造纯正的科学氛围等方面实施创新战略。Scholars explain the reasons of the problem from political, economic, education, geography, culture and other aspects. Tu youyou won Nobel award Confirmed to the world of contemporary China＇s scientific and technological strength; As well as the important sign of turning point of Chinese scientific and technological innovation.By reflecting the difficulties and obstacles faced by our country Innovation Strategy. According to puzzle of Joseph Needham, The questions of Hsue-Shen TSIEN The experience of Tu, proposed of implementation innovative strategies from the correct positioning of the role of government, institutional reform and innovation,strengthen research cooperation and create pure atmosphere of science and so on.
