创业型企业银行贷款问题探析

摘　　要：创业型企业在我国乃至世界范围都显示出了强劲的发展势头,市场的竞争优势显现,在国民经济中的作用越来越重要,但是资金问题严重制约着创业型企业的进一步发展。目前,银行贷款是创业型企业重要的外源性资金来源。因此,本文论述了创业型企业银行贷款存在的问题及成因,并从政府和银行两个层面分别提出了切实可行的措施。这些措施将会对政府和银行解决创业型企业银行贷款困难问题有一定的参考价值。The role of entrepreneurial enterprises in our countryand world economy is more and more important, but money problems seriously restrict the further development of entrepreneurial enterprisesseriously. At present, the bank loan is important exogenous financing source of entrepreneurial enterprises. Therefore, the author will discuss bank loan problems and causes of entrepreneurial enterprises,andput forward practical and feasible measures from two aspects of the Banks and the government.These measures has certain reference value for solving bank loan problemsof entrepreneurial enterprises to government and banks.
