摘　　要：以广西高校为例,用随机抽样问卷及深度访谈的形式,对大学生参加居民医疗保险意愿进行分析。结果发现,大学生不愿参与医疗保险的原因大体为以下三个:大学生的特殊身份导致其对居民医保的认识不足;学校没有做好对新政策的宣传工作以及大学生医保制度仍有待进一步完善。应加强定点医疗机构建设,加强宣传以提高大学生对医保相关制度的了解与认识,进一步完善大学生保险制度以切实满足大学生的医疗保障需要。It takes universities as example, analyzes the willingness of university students participates residents medical insurance by randomselection questionnaire and depth interview form. The result shows that there are three causes of students do not wish to participate medical insur-ance, they are short of cognition to residents medical insurance because of university student＇s special status, the universities do not do propa-ganda work well of new policy, the students＇ medical insurance need to be further perfected. It should strengthen the construction of fixed - pointmedical institutions, promotes students＇ understanding and awareness of medical insurance system, perfect the relevant laws and regulations soas to satisfy their medical security requirement.
