外科正畸联合治疗埋伏弯曲牙的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨外科正畸联合治疗埋伏弯曲牙的临床效果。方法:选择2014年12月至2015年12月期间收治的85例弯曲牙患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组42例患儿采用常规弯曲牙拔除术;观察组43例患儿采用正畸联合治疗保留弯曲牙。观察两组患儿的治愈时间、复诊次数等指标差异,比较两组的临床有效率、复发率和患儿满意率。结果:观察组的治愈时间为(2.76±0.87)d,复诊次数为(3.12±1.05)次,均短于对照组的(5.94±3.16)d、(7.25±2.42)次(P<0.05);观察组的临床有效率为95.35%(41/43),复发率为4.65%(2/43),患儿临床满意率为100.00%(43/43),均优于对照组的78.57%(33/42)、19.05%(8/42)、83.33%(35/42)(P<0.05)。结论:外科正畸联合治疗埋伏弯曲牙较传统拔除术治疗效果好,复发率低,临床满意度高,值得临床推广使用。Objective ：To investigate the clinical effect of surgical orthodontic treatment in the treatment of dilaceration. Methods： the clinical da- ta of 85 children with dilacerations admitted in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. In the control group, 42 patients were treated with conventional extraction, and 43 cases in the obser- vation group were treated with orthodontic treatment. The cure time, referral times, clinical efficiency, recurrence rate and the satisfaction rate in the two groups were observed and compared. Results：The cure time （2.76 ±0.87 ） d, and the referral times （3.12 ± 1.05 ） in the observation group were both significantly shorter than those（5.94 ± 3.16）, D （7.25 ± 2.42 ） in the control group. In observation group, the clinical efficiency95.35 % （41/43）, the recurrence rate 4.65 % （2/43）, and the clinical satisfaction rate 100 % （43/43） were all significantly better than those in the con- trol group as follows： 78.57 % （33/42）, 19.05 % （8/42）, 83.33 % （35/42）. The differences between the two groups were of statistic signifi- cance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion：Compared with traditional extraction, surgical orthodontic treatment of impacted teeth is better with low recurrence rate, and high clinical satisfaction. Thus, it is worthy to be popularized in clinical use.
