主体间性视阈下高校辅导员工作改革路径探析

摘　　要：主体间性哲学思维从人的主体性出发,是一种反对主客二元对立的哲学观,其在辅导员工作中的运用有利于适应当代大学生思想变化的需要,进而提高思想政治教育的有效性。在传统主体性哲学范式影响下构建的辅导员工作体系中,学校制度层面和辅导员个人层面都产生了难以化解的主体性危机。因此,要综合发挥学校考核制度和管理制度改革的外在作用,以及辅导员交往理念和回归学生革新的内在作用,最终实现主体间性视阈下高校辅导员工作的成功改革。The philosophical thinking of inter-subjectivity is based on the subjectivity of human beings, and it＇s predicated on the contrary dualism of the subject and object. The application of inter-subjectivity theory to university counselors＇ work is beneficial to meet the need of the changes of contemporary undergraduates ＇ thinking pattern and then improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. The university counselors＇ work system influenced by the traditional subjectivity philosophy has generated an intractable subjectivity crisis in the level of university system and counselor individuals. Therefore, two ways of innovation should be developed to accomplish the reform of university counselors＇ work based on the theory of intersubjectivity, the university should change the assessment and management system, counselors should make friends with undergraduates and face the real life of undergraduates.
