摘　　要：信息化教学是当代高等教育发展的关键,聚焦"荷载与结构设计方法"课程教学,分析制约该课程教育信息化发展的教育环境因素、教育资源因素、教学模式因素、考核评价体系因素及师资队伍水平等,结合具体的问题,突破限制"荷载与结构设计方法"课程教学改革发展的瓶颈,提出利用信息技术推进该课程信息化教学改革的具体实施措施和途径。目前,该课程信息化教学改革实践已取得初步的成效,其研究成果对高校课程教学改革及信息化建设具有一定的现实意义和参考价值。Information-based teaching is the key to the development of contemporary higher education. This paper focuses on the teaching of course ＂Load and Structure Design Method. ＂It analyzes the factors which restrict the development of information-based teaching, such as educational environment, education resources, modes of teaching, assessment system and the level of teaching staff. In order to break the bottleneck of teaching reform and development of course ＂Load and Structure Design Method,＂ the authors combine the specific problems, and put forward concrete implementation measures and approaches to advance information-based teaching reform via information technology. At present, information-based teaching reform has achieved a preliminary effect and brings in practical significance and reference value for the course teaching reform and information construction in higher education institutes.
