摘 要:采用溶液聚合法,以水为溶剂,(NH_4)_2S_2O_8-NaHSO_3氧化还原体系为引发剂,同时NaHSO_3又作为链转移剂来制备低分子量的聚丙烯酸钠。研究了反应温度、链转移剂用量、引发剂用量以及单体浓度对聚丙烯酸钠特性的影响。研究结果表明:引发体系、单体浓度以及反应温度对聚丙烯酸钠的分子质量均具有较大影响。通过实验确定了较佳反应条件:温度70℃,过硫酸铵用量为0.1%,亚硫酸钠用量为5%,单体浓度为33.3%,反应时间为5.5h。The low molecular weight sodium polyacryate was prepared by solution polymerization, water as solvent, the redox system of ( NH4 ) 2 S2O8 - NaHSO3 as initiator, and NaHSO3 as a chain transfer agent simultaneously. The effects of reaction temperature, the amount of chain transfer agent, the amount of initiator and monomer concentration on polyacrylic acid sodium characteristics were investigated. The results showed that the initiator system, mon- omer concentration and reaction temperature had great influence on the molecular weights of sodium polyacrylate. The optimum reaction conditions were temperature 70℃, the amount of ammonium persulfate 0. 1%, the amount of sodium sulfite 5% ,the monomer concentration 33.3% ,reaction time 5.5h.
