摘 要:目的:研究细叶杜香叶挥发油的化学成分,并推测其主要成分的质谱裂解规律。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取细叶杜香叶的挥发油,GC毛细管柱色谱法分析并以峰面积归一化法检测化学成分的相对含量,再以气相色谱-质谱联用技术辅助人工检索鉴定其化学成分。结果:鉴定出31个化合物并推测其主要化合物的质谱裂解规律为支链断裂后六元环开环。结论:本研究通过对细叶杜香叶挥发油成分的分析及其主成分化合物质谱裂解规律的总结,为其质量控制及标准制定提供科学依据。Objective:To analyze the constituents of the essential oil from the leaves of Ledum palustre L. var. angustum E. Busch,and to speculate the mass frag-mentation rules of its main components .Method: The essential oil was extracted by water-steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS,relative content of compositions for calculat- ing with peak area normalization method.The components were determined with nor-malization method,and identi- fied by GC-MS and co-artificial searches.Result:Thirty-one components were identified.The mass frag-mentation rules of monoterpene and its derivatives were side-chain cleavage then ring-opening.Conclusion:This study provid- ed scientific foundation for the quality control and standard establishment of L.palustre L. var. angustum E. Busch by analyzing its essential oil components and speculating the mass frag-mentation rules of monoterpene and its derivatives.
