摘  要:目的研究不同浓度的尿激酶对兔脑血肿部分清除后血肿周围血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)表达的影响。方法选用60只新西兰兔,采用立体定向注射方法建立兔脑出血模型,治疗组于造模后3h注入不同浓度尿激酶,对照组注入生理盐水。给药后3h对溶解的血肿进行抽吸,抽吸后48h对血肿周围HO-1的表达进行检测。结果尿激酶干预组与对照组相比,兔脑血肿周围HO-1的表达降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),3000U/100μL组的尿激酶血肿部分清除后周围HO-1表达最少。结论尿激酶浓度为3000U/100μL组HO-1表达最低。高浓度尿激酶(5000U/100μL)虽然可以明显增加兔脑血肿溶解的体积,但加重血肿周围脑水肿,HO-1的表达也相应增加。Objective this study investigated the effects of different concentration of urokinase(UK) on the rabbit cerebral hematoma volume,and the heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) expression around the hematoma after experimental intracerebral hemorrhage model. Methods 60 cases of adμlt New Zealand rabbits. The ICH rabbit models were established by stereotaxic microinjeetion of autologous whole blood into the rabbit brain capsμla. The rabbits were divided into different concentrations of Urokinase(UK) or saline after three hours of the model successfμlly. Three hours after operation, aspirated the dissolution of hematoma, forty-eight hours after aspiration, assessed the HO-1 expression around the hematoma. Results compared with the control group, the expression of the HO-1 positive cells were sifnificantly lower in the UK group, the difference were statistical(P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of HO-1 in 3 000U/100μL group was the lowest. High concentrations of urokinase (5 000U/100μL) can significantly increase the dissolution of rabbit brain hemorrhage volume, but increase the brain edema around the hematoma and the expression of the HO-1at the same time. (P 〈0.01).
