预见性护理指引模式在骨科护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理指引模式在骨科护理中的应用效果，给临床护理选择合适护理模式提供理论依据。方法选取104例骨科患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，命名观察组和对照组，其中对照组的患者给予常规护理，观察组应用预见性护理指引模式，比较两组患者并发症发生比例和护理满意。结果观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论预见性护理指引模式能有效降低骨科患者在治疗中并发症发生可能性，有效提高护理满意度，值得在骨科护理中推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing guidance mode in Department of orthopedics nursing, and provide theoretical basis for selecting appropriate nursing mode for clinical nursing. Methods 104 cases of orthopedic patients was chosen as the object of study, and were randomly assigned to two groups, named in the observation group and the control group, which patients in the control group give routine nursing care, observation group application foresight nursing guidance mode and complications were compared between the two groups occurred ratio and nursing satisfaction. Results The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Predictive nursing guidance mode can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients in Department of orthopedics, and effectively improve the nursing satisfaction, it is worth to promote the use of nursing in Department of orthopedics.
