摘 要:基坑工程施工过程中边坡失稳,引起相邻住宅楼业主的担心。为了解边坡失稳对临近建筑物的影响,为工程下阶段建设提供依据,对建筑物主体工程和失稳后的边坡及楼现状进行了检测,并对边坡失稳可能存在的影响进行了分析计算。结果表明:1)基坑北侧边坡失稳,致使楼南侧东单元后浇楼梯损毁;2)楼主体结构未因基坑边坡失稳坍塌而受到损害;3)在最不利组合工况下,边坡滑裂面在楼基础以上,对楼基础以下地基未形成扰动。The Slope instability in the process of foundation pit engineering construction can affect the safety of adjacent buildings. Based on the detection of the current situation of a building main project and the slope after failure, the influence of the slope failure on the adjacent buildings is analyzed, and the results show: 1)Slope instability in the north side of the foundation pit, resulting in the stairs, which is after pouring, of the East unit on the south side of the building damaged;2)The main structure of the building is not damaged due to the instability of foundation pit slope;3)Under the most unfavorable combination condition, the sliding surface of the slope is above the bottom of the building, and the bearing strata is not disturbed.
