左氧氟沙星滴眼液联合地塞米松混合液在小儿泪道探通术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨左氧氟沙星滴眼液联合地塞米松混合液在小儿泪道探通术中的作用。方法将308例(324眼)行泪道探通的患儿,随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组在探通后用左氧氟沙星滴眼液联合地塞米松混合液冲洗泪道,对照组直接用生理盐水冲洗,观察两组患者探通术后的效果。结果研究组在使用左氧氟沙星与地塞米松联合冲洗后,探通后成功率为98.05%,对照组成功率为88.23%。研究组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(x^2=11.8,P<0.01)。结论左氧氟沙星滴眼液加地塞米松混合液用于小儿泪道探通,有利于提高术后成功率。Objective To explore the role of levofloxacin plus dexamethasone mixture drops in children lacrimal surgery.Methods 308 children（324 eyes） who received routine lacrimal passage probing were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was received the washing with the mixture of levofloxacin ophthalmic solution and dexamethasone.The control group was received the washing with the normal saline.Results The cure rates in the treatment group and control group were respectively 98.05%and 88.23%.The cure rate of the treatment group was obviously increased（X^2=11.8,P 0.01） to the control group.Conclusion The washing with the mixture of levofloxacin ophthalmic solution and dexamethasone help to improve the success rate of lacrimal surgery in the children obstruction of lacrimal passage.
