摘　　要：综述了东盟对化妆品的定义和分类、法规和指令、标签要求、进出口管理、清真许可证和备案制度等信息,为中国化妆品出口东盟市场提供参考。中国化妆品在东盟国家的竞争力和影响力的增强有助于"一带一路"战略的实施,促进双方经贸关系更趋紧密。In order to provide reference for Chinese cosmetics exporting to ASEAN market, the definition classification, directives, laws, regulations, labeling requirements, import export management,Muslim license and filing system of cosmetics in ASEAN were presented. The enhancement of competitiveness and influence of Chinese cosmetics in ASEAN would contribute to the implementation of ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ strategy, It would also promote bilateral economic and trade relations more closely.
