志愿服务项目化运作在大学生思想政治教育中的作用——以沈阳建筑大学为例

摘　　要：分析了国内外志愿服务项目化运作的研究现状和发展趋势,探究了高校志愿服务项目化运作对大学生思想政治教育的作用、高校志愿服务项目化运作的科学意义及社会效益,阐述了志愿服务项目化运作的方向和内容,并通过对沈阳建筑大学志愿服务项目化工作方式、体系构建的研究与实践,指出志愿服务项目化运作在提升大学生志愿服务朝着更高层次迈进的同时,能够有效地辅助大学生思想政治教育工作的开展,并在立德树人方面发挥重要作用,赋予高校大学生思想政治教育新的内容。This paper analyzes the research status as well as development trend of project - based volunteer service at home and abroad. It also explores the role of college project - based volunteer service on college students＇ ideological and political education as well as its scientific significance and social benefits of the project - based operation of volunteer service. Besides, this paper de- scribes the direction and content of project - based volunteer service. Through the research and practice of the work style and the system construction of the project - based volunteer service in Shenyang Jianzhu University, this paper indicates that project - based operation of volunteer service is effectively helpful to carry out college students＇ ideological and political education while impro- ving collage students＇ service awareness towards a high level. Furthermore, it has played an impor- tant role in moral and humanistic education and has given the new ideological and political educa- tion for college students.
