摘  要:介绍了烧结半干法脱硫副产物产生及其综合利用的背景,分析了烧结半干法脱硫副产物的化学成分、理化性能、矿物组成、安全性能等特点。详述了以烧结半干法脱硫副产物作为混凝土掺合料、水泥缓凝剂、三渣路基材料和粉煤灰加气砌块所进行的各类试验及其结果,提供了各种综合利用最终产品的性能指标、推荐添加比例等,并对烧结半干法脱硫副产物在综合利用中遇到的问题提出了解决的思路。Background of sintering semi-dry desulfurization by-products generating andcomprehensive utilization were introduced. The by-products characteristics, such as chemicalcomposition, physical and chemical properties, mineral composition and safety were also analysed.The by-product was tested as the material of mineral admixture of concrete, cement retarder,subgrade material, aerated concrete block. The test results such as product performance index,recommended add ratio etc. were supplied. The problems of by-products comprehensive utilizationand its solutions were mentioned.
