《金匮要略》中小便不利治疗规律探析

摘　　要：本文通过对《金匮要略》中关于小便不利的原文进行系统分析、归纳、总结,探讨仲景辨证论治小便不利的涵义、病因、病机、治则治法等方面的规律与特点,有助于全面认识和挖掘仲景辨治小便不利的学术特点,并通过对小便不利病因病机的深入探究,总结、归纳整理仲景关于人体水液代谢的证治准则,为提高泌尿系统疾病小便不利相关病症的诊治水平,判断疾病疗效与预后提供文献及理论支持,扩大仲景经方治疗疾病的临床应用范围。Based on the analysis of original system, induction and summary for dysuria in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, definition, etiology, pathogenesis, treatment, therapies and so on the rules and characteristics by Zhongjing based on syndrome differentia-tion in treating urination were discussed. It is helpful to fully understand and mining academic characteristics of Zhongjing treating dysuria. Through the in-depth inquiry and summary on pathogenesis, the Zhongjing on the human body fluid metabolism syndrome and treatment criteria was summed up and sorted out, in order to improve the urinary system disease related symptoms, diagnosis of disease curative effect and prognosis of literature and theoretical support, and expand the clinical application of Zhongjing classical prescription.
