广州市健康体检人群种植修复情况的横断面研究

摘　　要：目的:了解广州市健康体检人群的种植修复情况、种植体周围疾病的患病率和种植修复后患者的口腔卫生习惯,为我国种植修复流行病学调查提供参考资料。方法:从南方医科大学南方医院体检中心进行健康体检的1830名患者中筛选出曾行种植治疗的患者,检查种植体周围组织情况,实施问卷调查,并利用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:在1830名患者中发现84名患者曾行种植治疗,年龄为33—74岁,种植修复率为4.59%。种植体分布在后牙区较前牙区多(P<0.05),其中40%位于第一磨牙处。在种植体水平上,种植体周围黏膜炎和种植体周围炎的患病率分别为17.78%和0%。85.71%的患者每天刷牙少于两次,76.19%的患者刷牙时间少于两分钟。仅有38.10%和40.48%患者定期进行复查及专业牙周洁治。结论:广州市的种植修复率较低,种植体周围黏膜炎的患病率较高。而种植治疗后患者的口腔卫生意识仍较低。因此,每位临床医生有责任提高患者的口腔卫生意识,并指导其进行正确的口腔卫生维护。Objective：The objective of this study was to investigate the usage of dental implants,the prevalence of periimplant diseases,and patients＇ oral hygiene behaviors on physical examination population in Guangzhou.Methods：Patients who had implant therapy were screened out from 1830 individuals at the Center of Health Examination in Nanfang Hospital,Guangzhou.Clinical examinations and questionnaire were conducted to determine the usage rate and physiological locations of the dental implants.Thea data were entered and statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.0.Results：84 patients with implant restorations were found out of 1,830 patients initially screened for this study.The usage rate of implants was 4.59%.More implants were placed in the posterior teeth than in the anterior teeth（P〈0.05） and the highest percentage was in first molars（40%）.At implant level,the prevalence of peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis was17.78%and 0%,respectively.Most patients brushed their teeth less than twice a day（85.71%）,and most brushed for less than 2 minutes each time（76.19%）.Only 38.10%and 40.48%of patients respectively undertook regular check-ups and professional teeth cleaning.Conclusions：The usage of dental implants is higher low in Guangzhou,and the prevalence of peri-implant mucositis was at relatively high level.However,on.the oral hygiene awareness of the patients after implantation is still low.Therefore,it is the duty of each dentist to raise patients＇ awareness of oral health,and instruct them on proper implant maintenance methods.
