医疗垃圾“围城”下的中医优势

摘　　要：目的:对比中医与西医产生医疗垃圾的迥异,旨在让人们更好地认识到中医的绿色环保、减污减排、无公害优势。方法:检索曝光医疗垃圾处理不当的新闻,统计其省市2014年医疗垃圾产量。查找相关文献,提取医疗垃圾产生的过程及危害,并检索《黄帝内经》全文,提取中医治病思想理念、四大诊法及五大医术内容,从而解析中医诊断-治疗-预防疾病过程中医疗垃圾产生情况,与西医诊断-治疗-预防疾病各方面进行对比。结果:2014年中国新闻媒体曝光的29个城市医疗垃圾产量超过11万吨,医疗垃圾正在围城,污染环境,且存在医疗垃圾处理不当的严重问题,医疗垃圾再加工成餐具、奶瓶等,严重危害人体健康。中医医疗垃圾甚少,中药药渣可循环利用,能减污减排,驱虫,促进农作物生长。结论:与西医相比,无论是医疗垃圾、环境污染方面,还是治疗理念、人体危害方面,中医更具有安全性、可靠性、可行性。Objective： We compared with the diversities of medical waste production between the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and western medicine（WM） to highlight the strength of TCM, which included environmental protection, reducing emissions abatement and non-pollution. Methods： Firstly,we researched the news retrieval about medical waste to extract output statistics for 2014. Secondly, we sought related literature to find out the productive process and damage of medical waste. Eventually, we extracted ideal, five healing arts and the four methods of diagnosis of TCM to analyze the medical waste production by full-text search of Huangdi Neijing to compare with WM. Results： Medical waste production of 29 cities exceeded 0.11 million tons in 2014, the medical waste are surrounding cities that gravely pollute environment. Furthermore,there is severe problem of mistakenly being reprocessed heretical waste into tableware or feeder in China, which is harming human health. However,the medical waste production of TCM is cycled to nurture crops and kill pests compared with WM. Conclusions： Compared with WM, the TCM owns safe,reliable and feasible advantages that not only in medical waste and environment pollution,but also in therapy ideal and human health.
