氟桂利嗪联合卡马西平治疗偏头痛的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对偏头痛患者临床采用氟桂利嗪联合卡马西平治疗的临床价值及安全性进行分析与研究。方法随机将我院2015年1月~2016年1月收治的96例偏头痛患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组予以氟桂利嗪与卡马西平联合治疗,对照组予以氟桂利嗪单用治疗,对两组患者治疗效果、药物不良反应以及用药前后疼痛评分VAS（visual analog scale,VAS）等指标进行观察和统计。结果观察组患者治疗效果及用药前后疼痛评分改善情况比对照组更为理想,观察组患者用药后不良反应发生率比对照组明显偏低（P〈0.05）。结论偏头痛患者临床采用氟桂利嗪与卡马西平联合治疗的效果显著,有效减轻了患者的疼痛。Objective To analyze and study the clinical value and safety of the clinical patients with migraine by flunarizine combined with carbamazepine. Methods In our hospital,96 patients with migraine were randomly divided into observation group and control group from January 2015 to January 2016. The observation group was treated with carbamazepine combined with flunarizine,control group was treated with flunarizine alone. Two groups of patients with treatment effect,adverse drug reactions and pain score before and after treatment VAS（visual analog scale,VAS）and other indicators were observed. Results The observation group of patients with curative effect and the improvement of pain scores before and after treatment,was significantly better than control group,patients in the observation group after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with migraine with flunarizine and carbamazepine has significant curative effect,effectively relieve the pain of patients.
