龙葵葶苈汤治疗肺癌大量恶性胸腔积液及对患者细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析龙葵葶苈汤治疗肺癌大量恶性胸腔积液患者的疗效及其对细胞免疫功能的影响。方法对68例肺癌大量恶性胸腔积液患者进行研究,随机分为观察组、对照组,两组均给予顺铂胸腔内灌注化疗,观察组联合龙葵葶苈汤治疗,对比两组疗效及细胞免疫功能。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,CD3、CD4、CD8等细胞免疫功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论龙葵葶苈汤治疗肺癌大量恶性胸腔积液患者效果显著。Objective To evaluate the effect of solanum nigrum and draba nemorosa decoction on patients with malignant pleural effusion and its effect on cellular immune function. Methods A total of 68 patients with malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups were given intrapleural chemotherapy with cisplatin. The observation group combined solanum nigrum and draba nemorosa decoction,two groups of curative effect and immune function were comparisoned. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the cellular immune function indexes such as CD3,CD4,CD8 were superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Solanum nigrum and draba nemorosa decoction is effective in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.
