缺氧诱导因子2α在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的研究分析宫颈鳞癌组织的缺氧诱导因子2α（HIF-2α）表达和意义。方法根据我院2006年3月~2012年3月接收的208例患者进行分析研究,有102例宫颈鳞癌组织、66例CIN组织、40例正常宫颈组织,对这些组织的HIF-2αm RNA的表达情况进行比较研究。结果正常组织、宫颈鳞癌组织、CIN组织的HIF-2αm RNA的表达为0、68.6%、22.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。HIF-2αm RNA在伴淋巴结转移宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移宫颈癌组织,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论宫颈鳞癌的发生和病变过程与HIF-2αm RNA在宫颈鳞癌组织中表达上调有关联性。Objective To study the expression and significance of hypoxia inducible factor 2α（HIF-2α）in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods To analyze and Research on 208 cases in our hospital from March 2006 to March 2012 to receive patients,102 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,for 66 cases of CIN tissues,40 cases of normal cervical tissue,the expression of HIF-2α m RNA for the organization of the comparative study. Results The expression of HIF-2α in normal tissues,cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues and m RNA tissues was 0,68.6%,22.7%,and the results were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The positive expression rate of HIF-2αm RNA in cervical cancer with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the process of m RNA αHIF-2 expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue is associated with up regulation.
