摘　　要：背景下消化道肿瘤手术患者逐年增加，加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery，ERAs）理念旨在尽量减轻患者各种生理及心理应激反应，已有较多临床和基础的相关研究。目的分析并总结围手术期麻醉处理措施在下消化道肿瘤患者中的应用，加快患者术后康复。内容简要介绍ERAS理念，综述一系列措施在下消化道肿瘤患者术后快速康复中的应用。趋向ERAS是一门方兴未艾的学科，其推广及普及需多学科培训及教育计划，未来还需提供更高质量的研究证据，将该理念应用于更多领域。Background With the increase of the patients who received lower intestinal neoplasms resection year by year, enhanced recovery after surgery （ERAS） minimizes various physical and mental stress reaction. There have been many clinical and basic study on it. Objective Analyse and summarize the perioperative anesthetic treatments on the lower intestinal neoplasms patients, to enhance recovery after surgery. Content A brief introduction on ERAS and to review a series of measures which are used in the process of enhanced recovery after surgery in the lower intestinal neoplasms patients. Trend ERAS is in the ascendant, the development of multidisciplinary training and education program promote the application of ERAS concept, we should supply high-quality research evidence in future to apply the concept beyond the configuration domain.
