摘 要:通过对某履带车辆底盘液压系统工作原理的分析,利用仿真软件AMESim开发了虚拟液压系统试验台仿真模型,拟用该系统模拟液压系统在试验台环境下的压力,流量等工作状态量,并将其用于模型调用和各状态量的优化设计工作。其中部分部件通过局部仿真,选用功能模型替换详细模型,通过模型替换,可以大大减小主系统模型的计算量。According to the analysis of the working principle of the hydraulic chassis system of a certain tracked vehicle,a simulation model of the virtual hydraulic test platform system used to simulate the state parameter such as pressure and flow rate in the platform environment has been develop by AMESim. The model is also used to optimize the model innovation and design of the condition parameters. As a result showed in the simulation of some parts in the hydraulic system,the detailed models used in the system can be replaced by functional models. In addition,by replacing,the computation of the main system model can greatly be reduced.
