摘 要:目的探讨雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌的发生与血脂水平的关系。方法收集103例经病理活检确诊并行前列腺癌根治术,由ADPC发展为AIPC的患者为实验组;并选取114例同一年龄段体检健康者为对照组1,另收集105例同期治疗的ADPC患者为对照组2,比较TC、TG、HDL、LDL、PSA及睾酮(T)的水平;并比较与雄激素代谢有关酶类mRNA在前列腺癌细胞AIPC转化前后的表达量变化。结果实验组在AIPC转化后,TC、HDL、LDL水平相对于转化前均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组1比较,TC、LDL升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组2比较,TC、HDL升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。前列腺癌细胞AIPC转化后,SRD5A2 mRNA、CYP17A1 mRNA等表达升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌雄激素非依赖性的转化与血脂水平的异常有一定的相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between the incidence of androgen independent prostate cancer and serum lipid levels. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 103 AIPC patients,who were confirmed by prostate biopsy pathology and had underwent radical prostatectomy. These 103 AIPC patients were collected as experimental group. Meanwhile,we randomly selected 114 normal physical examination people in the outpatient department as control group 1,and 105 androgen-dependent prostate cancer patients were collected as the control group 2 at the same time. Total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),high density lipoprotein( HDL),low density lipoprotein( LDL),prostate specific antigen( PSA) and testosterone( T)were compared between the 2 groups. And the study also compared the mRNA expression of related androgen metabolic enzymes before and after the AIPC transformation. Results Compared with the ADPC group,the levels of TC,HDL and LDL significantly increased after the transformation of AIPC,with the differences statistically significant( P 0. 05); compared with the control group 1,the levels of TC and LDL significantly increased in the AIPC group,with the differences statistically significant( P 0. 05). Compared with the control group 2,the levels of TC and HDL significantly increased in AIPC group,with the differences statistically significant( P 0. 05). SRD5A2 mRNA,CYP17A1 mRNA increased after the AIPC transformation of prostate cancer cells,and the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Transformation of the androgen independent prostate cancer is associated with abnormal serum lipid level.
