2011年-2015年深圳市场大米及木瓜转基因成分监测与分析

摘　　要：目的分析转基因大米及木瓜在深圳的市场占有率、变化趋势及其标识情况。方法依据相关国家标准于2011年-2015年共抽取542份大米及其食品加工品,抽取174份木瓜样品,进行转基因成分检测,评估转基因大米、米制品及木瓜在深圳市场的占有率、标识现况及不同来源样品的转基因阳性率。结果 5年来共检出4份阳性大米类样品,其中3份阳性样品为米制品,大米类样品总体阳性率为0.74%。2011年-2015年,在174份木瓜样品中检出转基因阳性样品153份,总阳性率为87.93%。来自超市和农贸市场的木瓜样品的转基因阳性率分别为85.93%和89.09%。结论目前转基因大米及米制品在深圳市场的占有率还非常低。作为在我国被批准商业化种植的木瓜其转基因阳性率一直保持接近90%。Objective An analysis on the change trend of transgenic rice and papaya in Shenzhen markets was performed.Methods On the basis of standard method,542 rice samples and 174 papaya samples,which were originated from the supermarkets and farmer＇s markets in Shenzhen during 2011-2015,were used for the qualitative detection of genetically modified components in order to assess the market share of genetically modified rice,rice products and papaya in Shenzhen,the current labeling state and the differences in genetically modified positive rate of the samples from different sources. Results In five years,a total of 4 positive samples were detected,including 3 rice products. The total positive rate of rice and its products was0. 74%. From 2011 to 2015,153 transgenic papaya samples were detected in 174 samples. Total positive rate of papaya was87. 93%. The positive rates of papaya from supermarkets and farmer＇s markets were 85. 93% and 89. 09%. Conclusion Until today,the market share of transgenic rice and its processed products in Shenzhen is very low. As for papaya approved for commercial cultivation in our country,the transgenic positive rate has remained close to 90%.
