摘  要:目的探讨绒毛染色体异常与稽留流产的关系。方法取116例稽留流产患者绒毛进行细胞培养和染色体核型分析。结果 111例患者绒毛染色体培养成功,绒毛细胞培养成功率95.7%。其中绒毛染色体核型异常43例,核型异常发生率为38.7%。染色体数目异常39例,占异常核型的90.7%,其中常染色体三体21例,占异常核型的48.8%;其次为多倍异常,共16例,占异常核型的37.2%。结论染色体数目异常是稽留流产的重要原因,绒毛染色体核型分析是稽留流产病因诊断的重要手段,可为再次生育提供优生指导依据。Objective: To explore the relationship between chromosome abnormity of chorionic villus and missed abortion. Methods: Chorionic villus were obtained from 116 cases of missed abortion, and cultured for karyotype analysis. Results: Chorionic villus cells were successfully cultured in 111cases of the 116 cases (95.7%) , and abnormal embryo karyotype were involved in 43 cases (38.7%) .39 cases (90.7%) were detected to be abnormal chromosome number, including 21 cases (48.8%) trisomy and 16 cases (37.2%) polyploidy. Conclusions: Abnormal chromosome number is one of the main cause of missed abortion. Villus chromosome karyotype analysis is a very important means of discussing the pathogeny of missed abortion. which can provide reasonable guidance on the next pregnancy patients.
