51例头孢西丁不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的分析头孢西丁所致不良反应的一般规律和特点,为临床合理使用头孢西丁提供参考。方法对2009年1月~2014年12月临床上报的51例有关头孢西丁不良反应的报告进行回顾性分析。结果头孢西丁的不良反应主要为迟发型,临床表现以皮疹、红疹、瘙痒等皮肤及其附件损害以及胸闷、喉头紧迫感等变态反应为主,另外迟发性静脉炎与胃肠道反应占相当比例。结论临床中应严格掌握使用头孢西丁药物适应症,用法用量及疗程,低剂量、长疗程易导致不良反应发生。Objective Analyse the general regularity and characteristics of adverse reactions caused by cefoxitin,to provide reference of rational use of cefoxitin for clinical.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the 51 cases reports of cefoxitin adverse reactions witch clinical reported from January 2009 to December 2014 in our hospital.Results Of our cefoxitin adverse reactions mainly for late onset,clinical manifestations such as skin rash,red rash,itching,skin and its accessories damage and chest tightness,laryngeal urgency of allergy is given priority to,other late-onset phlebitis and gastrointestinal reaction take a fairly share.Conclusions Cefoxitin drugs indications,usage,dosage and course of treatment should be used strictly in clinical indications.low dose,long treatment can more easily lead to adverse reactions.
