摘  要:目的:了解新媒体对大众防烟/控烟(以下简称控烟)的正面影响,强化新媒体在控烟知识传播中的作用,为制订有效的新媒体干预策略提供科学依据。方法:运用网上与面对面的方便抽样调查方法,对664名大众进行自编调查问卷统一调查。结果:有26.5%的受访者认为新媒体对其的控烟意识产生了正面影响,正面影响在年龄(χ~2=10.03,P=0.04)、吸烟情况(χ~2=7.17,P=0.007)、控烟知识关注程度(男性χ~2=29.03,P=0.000;女性χ~2=32.83,P=0.000)上存在显著差异,此外新媒体对女性医护教师的正面影响大(P<0.01),不同类型媒体对女性控烟意识产生的影响差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:新媒体对大众控烟态度的正面影响作用逐渐显露,并受年龄、吸烟情况和控烟知识关注度等的影响,与性别和受教育程度无明显关系,应有针对地加强其正面影响力度,减少或消除烟草公司利用新媒体阻碍我国控烟履约进程的一切行动。Objective:To evaluate the positive influence of new media on the public consciousness of tobacco control,strengthen the function of new media in the spreading of knowledge about smoking prevention and control and offer the scientific basis for intervention strategy by new media.Methods:Using convenience sampling by field survey and internet to investigate 664 people by questionnaires.Results:26.5% of participants believed that new media influenced their tobacco control consciousness positively.There was significant distribution-differences in age(χ~2=10.03,P〈0.05),smoking or not smoking(χ~2=7.17,P〈0.01)and attention on tobacco control knowledge(χ~2=29.03,32.83;P0.001),and new media greatest positive impacted female medical workers(P〈0.01).There was remarkably difference in various media type in female(P〈0.05).Conclusion:New media is playing a more and more important role in positive impact on public tobacco control which is affected by age,smoking or not smoking and attention on tobacco control knowledge,and the impact has no obvious relationship with gender or education level.We should enhance the positive influence on purpose,and decrease or eliminate tobacco companies to hinder the process of tobacco control by new media in China.
