摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在探讨煤矿区儿童心理弹性及其与人格特质的相关性,为提高煤矿区儿童的心理弹性提供理论依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,使用青少年心理韧性量表及艾森克人格问卷儿童版对627名煤矿区儿童进行调查。分析煤矿区儿童心理弹性的性别、独生子女状况、年级的分布差异。结果:从心理弹性总分与精神质(r=0.343,P<0.01)、神经质(r=0.449,P<0.01)存在显著正相关,与内外倾(r=-0.191,P<0.01)存在显著负相关。以N(神经质)维度的预测力最佳,其解释量为20.2%,其次为P(精神质)、E(内外倾)维度,其解释量均为4.3%。这3个变量的联合预测力达28.8%。结论:煤矿区儿童心理弹性与人格特质存在一定程度的相关性,人格特质中的神经质、精神质、内外倾性能够预测心理弹性。Objective：To explore the relativity between resilience and personality trait of children in coal mine area,and provide theory evidence for improving coal mine area children＇resiliencys.Methods：627children in coal mine area were investigated by Chinese adolescents resilience Scale and Eysenck personality questionnaire for children by cluster sampling.Results：There were positive correlations between resilience total score and psychoticism（r=0.343,P〈0.01）,neuroticism（r=0.449,P〈0.01）.There was a negative correlation between resilience total score and extrovert-introvert（r=-0.191,P〈0.01）.To do a regression analysis with three dimensions of personality trait as independent variable,the total scores of resilience as dependent variable,three dimensions were all in regression equation.Conclusion：There is a certain degree relationship between resilience and personality trait of children in coal mine area.Psychoticism,neuroticism and extrovert-introvert are able to forecast resilience.
