摘 要:将硅烷偶联剂KH-560接枝到纳米SiO_2表面,用偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)引发单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)发生自由基聚合包覆纳米SiO_2,通过计算接枝率确定纳米SiO_2改性的最佳工艺条件,并对其进行红外表征.改性后的纳米SiO_2作为填料,通过双辊开炼制备聚丙烯基纳米复合材料,研究了填料添加量对复合材料的力学性能和结晶性能的影响.实验结果表明,纳米SiO_2改性的最佳工艺条件为:引发剂用量为2%,反应物质量比(单体MMA:纳米SiO_2)为2:1,改性时间为5 h;当聚丙烯与填料的质量比为100:3时,复合材料的拉伸强度达到最大值34.19 MPa,缺口冲击强度达到最大值2 kJ·m^(-2),与纯聚丙烯相比,拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度分别提高了25.7%和19.8%。The silane coupling agent was grafted to the surface of nano-SiO2 and then the particles were encapsulated with free radical polymerization of methylmethacrylate(MMA) initiated by azodiisobutyroni- trile(AIBN). Through the calculation of nano-SiO2 grafting rate, the optimal modification conditions were determined. The as-prepared composites were characterized by FTIR. Polypropylene(PP) nanocomposites were prepared by compounding PP with nano-SiOz, which was superficially modified by polymethylmethac- rylate (PMMA) and was used as filler. Effect of filler content on mechanical and crystalline properties of PP/nano-composites was studied. The experimental results show that the optimal modification conditions are that the amount of AIBN is 2-5, the mass ratio of MMA to SiO2 is 2:1 and the modified time is 5 h. When the content of PP and filler is 100: 3, the tensile strength and impact strength of the composite are up to 34.19 MPa and 2 kJ. m-2 respectively, which increases by 25.7% and 19.805 respectively as against PP itself.
