一种稳定性二氧化氯消毒液的相关性能研究

摘　　要：目的观察一种稳定性二氧化氯消毒液的杀菌效果及毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验、现场消毒试验和动物试验方法,对稳定性二氧化氯消毒液相关性能进行试验观察。结果用含50 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用5 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00;对悬液内白色念珠菌作用5 min,杀灭对数值均>4.00;对物体表面自然菌作用10 min,杀灭对数值平均>1.00。该消毒液对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值﹥5 000 mg/(kg·bw),对家兔完整皮肤无刺激性,对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞试验结果阴性。结论该稳定性二氧化氯消毒液具有良好的杀菌效果,属于实际无毒级物质,无致微核作用,对皮肤无刺激性。Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of a stabilized chlorine dioxide disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test,field disinfection trial and animal toxicity test were used to carry out experimental observation. Results The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide 50 mg / L for 5 min were 〉5. 00 and that of Candida albicans exposed for 5 min was 〉4. 00. In field trial,the killing logarithm value of nature bacteria on the surface of objects wiped with the disinfection solution containing chlorine dioxide 40 mg / L for 10 min was〉 1. 00. The LD50 of mouse acute oral toxicity was 〉5 000 mg /（ kg·bw） and the irritation test of intact skin＇s with no excitant. The mouse bone marrow micro nucleus test was negative. Conclusion The stability of chlorine dioxide disinfectant has good bactericidal effect. It is practically no toxic,no irritation and does not induce micronuclens formation.
