摘 要:目的研究江西省部分医院临床分离的致泻沙门菌耐药性与分子分型,为临床科学选择抗菌药物提供参考。方法采用微量肉汤稀释法和基因检测技术,对江西省部分医院临床分离的腹泻性沙门菌进行药敏试验和基因分析。结果从医院住院感染性腹泻患者送检标本中分离出沙门菌103株,对四环素耐药率达到61.17%,有27.18%的菌株呈现多重耐药性。该省多数地区医院分离的沙门菌对磺胺类、四环素类、头孢类抗菌药物耐药率均有上升趋势,对喹诺酮类抗菌药物较敏感。从2015年分离的菌株基因分型检测发现52种带型,每种带型包含菌株为1~3株,相似度为0%~100%。结论该省医院分离的腹泻感染沙门菌耐药状况比较严重,菌株PFGE带型呈现多样性,提示应加强抗菌药物管理。Objective To research the drug resistance and molecular type among clinical isolates of Salmonella collected from several hospitals of some province. Methods The broth microdilution method and genetic testing technology were used to test the drug resistance and genetic analysis of Salmonella isolated from patients. Results 103 strains of Salmonella which induced diarrhea infection were collected. 63 strains were resistant to Tetracyclines( 61. 17%). 28 strains were resistant to three or more drugs( 27. 18%). The resistance rate to Sulfanilamide,tetracyclines and Cephalosporins showed an increase trends. The Ciprofloxacin of quinolones was effective to antibiotics. 52 molecular patterns were divided in 2015 by digestion with Xba I and PFGE and each pattern contained 1- 3 strains which shared similarity of 0- 100%. Conclusion The drug resistance of clinical isolates with diarrhea infection of salmonella is serious. The PFGE patterns show diversity,and the management of drug use should be strengthened.
