SOX2在卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过检测卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤组织中干细胞因子SOX2的表达水平,了解其表达与卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤病理特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测98例卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤患者术后癌组织标本中SOX2蛋白的表达水平,探讨其与卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤临床病理特征及发生发展关系。结果卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤组织、良性肿瘤组织中SOX2阳性表达率分别为79.6%,35.0%,在正常卵巢组织中无表达。其表达水平与卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤的分化程度、有无淋巴结转移有关,而与年龄、组织类型无关。结论 SOX2在卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤中高表达,可能预示该肿瘤侵袭性高、预后差、易复发。Objective To detect the expression of stem cell factor SOX2 in epithelial ovarian malignant tumor tissue,and to understand the relationship between its expression and the pathological features of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods The expression of SOX2 protein in 98 cases of ovarian epithelial malignant tumor after operation was detected by immunohistochemistry method. And the clinical and pathological features of ovarian epithelial malignant tumor and the relationship between the occurrence and development were also explored.Results The positive expression rates of SOX2 in epithelial ovarian malignant tumor tissues,benign tumor tissues and normal ovarian tissues were 79. 6% and 35% respectively,which were not expressed in normal ovarian tissues. The level of expression was related to the degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,and not to the age and type of ovarian epithelial malignant tumor. Conclusion The high expression of SOX2 in epithelial ovarian cancer may indicate that the tumor is highly aggressive and has a poor prognosis and is easy to recur.
