西瓜霜喷剂联合康复新液治疗中重度口腔溃疡的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨西瓜霜喷剂联合康复新液治疗中重度口腔溃疡的临床疗效及其可能作用机制。方法:收集我院口腔科收治的中重度口腔溃疡患者94例,根据随机数字对照表分为对照组(47例)与试验组(47例)。两组均给予口腔卫生指导和物理治疗,对照组患者给予康复新液治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合给予西瓜霜喷剂。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后龈沟液中PGE-2及白介素-8含量的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者龈沟液中前列腺素E2(PGE-2)及白介素-8(IL-8)含量均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且与对照组相比,试验组龈沟液中PGE-2及白介素-8含量较低(P<0.05)。试验组临床总有效率较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:西瓜霜喷剂联合康复新液对中重度口腔溃疡患者疗效明显,推断其与降低龈沟液中PGE-2及白介素-8的含量有关。Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of watermelon frost spray combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of severe oral ulcer and its possible mechanism. Methods： A total of 94 patients with moderate and severe oral ulcer from our hospital were collected and randomly divided into control group and experiment group with 47 cases in each group. Two groups were given oral hygiene instruction and physical therapy, patients in the control group were treated by Kangfiaxin Liquid after gargle 3 - 5 minutes swallowed, 10 ml each time, 3 times / day; patients in the experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with the intervention and combined with watermelon frost, 3 times a day, two sprays every time. The clinical efficacy, PGE-2 and interleukin -8 content in gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results： Compared with before treatment, the Prostaglandin E2 （PGE-2） and interleukin -8 （IL-8） were decreased （P〈0.05）, compared with the control group, the PFE-2 and interleukin-8 content in gingival crevicular fluid of the experiment group were lower （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Watermelon frost spray combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in patients with moderate to severe oral ulcer patients obviously, inference and decrease in gingival crevicular fluid of pge-2 and interleukin - 8 in the content.
