三维超声检测在胎儿全前脑及面部畸形诊断中的应用研究  被引量:4

摘  要:目的:探讨三维超声在胎儿的全前脑和面部畸形诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:将2008年1月—2014年10月在我院通过孕期保健检查并且在初诊时可疑胎儿结构的2 000名孕妇作为本研究的对象,采用二维和三维超声检查,对纳入检查的病例结果、引产结果进行了对比分析。结果:在胎儿颜面的诊断中二维超声和三维超声对颜面部的确诊准确率为87.0%、92.4%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),另外对颜面畸形细节的判断准确率为82.6%、88.0%,差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05);在全前脑畸形的判断上看,二维超声检测对经引产及出生证实的诊断符合率为96.97%,而通过三维超声行胎儿全前脑畸形诊断符合率为99.25%,但差异无统计学意义。结论:三维超声对比二维超声看,对颜面部畸形和全前脑畸形的准确率更高,诊断的敏感度和特异性好,具有较好的临床应用价值,值得在临床中广泛推广。Objective:To explore the values of the fetal fore-brain and facial deformity diagnosis by three-dimensional ultrasound.Methods:2 000 cases of pregnancy who received the pregnancy health check and the first diagnosis was suspected fetal abnormal structure were inspected by two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound and the inspection results were analyzed.Results:The diagnostic accuracy on the diagnosis of fetal face was87.0%、92.4%,respectively,by two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound,with no significant difference between them(P〉0.05);The diagnosis accuracy on the facial deformity details was 82.6%、88.0%,respectively,with no significant difference(P〉0.05);The diagnostic conform was 96.97%by two-dimensional ultrasound and 99.25%by three-dimensional ultrasound.Conclusion:It has higher accuracy rate,sensitivity and specificity by three-dimensional ultrasonic examination.So it is worthy widely applied in clinical.
