摘  要:探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者脑功能状态特点及与痴呆严重程度的关系。采用脑电超慢涨落图技术检测42例AD患者和50例正常老年人的脑功能指数,并进行比较分析。采用简易智能精神状态量表(MMSE)对痴呆严重程度进行评估,进而与脑功能指数进行相关分析。AD组和正常组相比,大脑总功率和兴奋抑制指数显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMSE得分与兴奋抑制指数呈负相关(r=-0.474)。本研究发现AD的脑功能异常可能对研究AD的病理生理机制具有重要的临床指导意义。To investigate the cerebral functional status characteristics in Alzheimer's disease(AD)patients and the relationship with the severity of dementia.The cerebral functional exponent of 42 AD patients and 50 healthy elderly controls were detected by the Encephalofluctuogram(EFG)technology,and the severity of dementia was evaluated by the scores of Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE),and then the correlations were analyzed between the MMSE scores and the index of cerebral functional.The cerebral function of total power and excitement-inhibition index were significantly difference between two groups(P0.05).Scores of MMSE were negatively correlated with the index of inhibition index(r=-0.474,P0.05).Our results indicated that the abnormal cerebral function may contributed to the physiological mechanism underlying in AD patients.
