摘　　要：现阶段刑事证据审查日益成为学者们研究的重要课题,口供作为一种法定的言词证据,既在刑事诉讼证明中发挥着不可或缺的作用,又因它真伪并存、反复性强,也是容易引发错案的关键环节。因此,如何审查判断口供的真伪具有重要的研究价值。本文试图通过阐述口供审查判断的基础理论,强化口供审查判断的原则,以此探寻口供审查判断的原理方法。The present criminal evidence review has increasingly become the important topic of research scholars, the confession, as a kind of legal evidence, plays an indispensable role in the criminal litigation proof, and because of its strong authenticity and repeat-ability it, is easy to cause the key link of misjudged cases.Therefore, how to judge the authenticity of oral confession has important research value. This article attempts through the illustration of the confession to review judgment theory, strengthen the rule of judging the confession review, review the principle and method about oral confession judgment.
