一站式教学在心血管病专科护士科研能力培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的应用一站式教学对心血管病专科护士的科研能力进行培训。方法选择江苏省心血管病专科护士徐州培训基地的52名学员采取一站式教学进行培训,一站完成"从学到做""从认识到完成"的一步到位的学习。结果 52名学员结业答辩合格率为100%,培训后2年内发表论文32篇,获新技术引进与科技进步奖6项,获批市级与高校课题3项,学员科研能力较培训前呈上升趋势,在增强科研意识、培养科研创新思维、提高文献检索技巧等方面较培训前均明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一站式教学可有效培养专科护士的实践与科研能力,促进教学相长。Objective To evaluate the effect of one-stop training on the scientific research ability of cardiology specialist nurses. Methods Fifty-two cardiology specialist nurses received one-stop training on nursing research from learning to doing and from knowledge to practice. Results The pass rate was 100%. The trainees published 32 research papers,obtained six new technology awards and three research funds within 2 years after training. Their research ability improved significantly,especially in awareness of nursing research,scientific innovative thinking and reference retrieval （P〈0.05）. Conclusion One-stop training can effectively improve the scientific research ability of cardiology specialist nurses and promote both teaching and learning.
