摘 要:不论是野生还是离体条件下,珠芽均是植物进行繁殖再生的重要器官,已从多方面进行了研究,但缺乏全面系统介绍。本综述从植物珠芽的定义、起源与发生部位、发育过程、显微结构、生理生态及实际生产中的作用等方面介绍了珠芽的研究进展,认为植物珠芽可着生于叶腋、花序或叶片表面,是由薄壁细胞分裂分化而来的;珠芽的发育一般经历了启动、膨大和成熟三个阶段,与内源激素的含量和变化有关;珠芽在数量、萌发率和生活力等方面有明显的优势,是良种繁育和种群繁衍的高效方式;并探讨了珠芽形成的分子机制,对未来珠芽的研发进行了展望。Both wild and in vitro conditions, the bulblits are important organs of reproduction and regeneration of plants, have been studied from a few aspects, but the lack of a comprehensive introduction. This review introduces the research progress of bulbils from definition, plant bulbils origin and location, developmental process,microstructure, physiological and ecological effects in actual production and so on. The results suggest the bulblits grown on leaf axil and petiole base, or inflorescence or leaf surface, origin from parenchyma cell, and then division and differentiation formation, the general development through startup, expansion and mature three stages, have something to do with related content and changes of endogenous hormones; Bulbils are very efficient way for excellent variety breeding and population reproduction because they have obvious advantages in terms of their quantity, the germination rate and viability; at last, discuss the molecular mechanism of bulbil formation, and prospects for the development of the bulblit.
