浅谈教辅人员在医学影像学教学中的作用

摘　　要：在各大医学院校的教学中,由于教学任务较大、师资力量不足等问题,需要教辅人员对教学工作提供相应的辅助工作,例如整理理论资料、辅助师生实验见习等。现如今,教辅人员在医学教学中的作用越来越突出。本文以教辅人员在医学影像学中的作用为研究对象,阐述了教辅人员在医学影像学中的主要作用,并提出了如何充分发挥其在医学影像学教学作用的相关对策和建议。In the teaching of medical colleges,due to the heavy teaching tasks and lack of teachers,teaching auxiliary staffs need to provide corresponding auxiliary work relate to teaching work,such as packing-up theory materials,assisting teachers and students to perform experiments and etc. Nowadays,the role of teaching auxiliary staffin medical teaching is becoming more and more prominent. Taking the role of teaching auxiliary staffin medical imaging as the research object,this paper describes the main function of teaching auxiliary staffin medical imaging teaching,and puts forward related countermeasures and suggestions on how to give full play to their role in the teaching of medical imaging.
