摘　　要：创业教育是推动国家科技经济的重要手段,在大学教育中占据越来越重要的地位,大学生作为最具创业活力和潜力的群体,是创业的中坚力量。大学生创业已经成为时代的主旋律。目前,医学院校创新创业教育存在观念陈旧,创业指导体系尚未完善,医学生创新创业意识不强,缺乏创业自信等诸多问题,医疗卫生产业的进入壁垒制约了医学生的创业等不利因素。内蒙古医科大学作为少数民族地区的医科类院校,在创新创业教育改革方面进行了有益的探索与思考。entrepreneurship education is an important way to promote national science and technology economy, which it is taking an increasingly important position in college education. College students as the most entrepreneurial vitality of the group with potential,they are the backbone of entrepreneurship. College Students＇ entrepreneurship has become the main theme of the times. At present,innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical colleges has problems such as old ideas,entrepreneurial guidance system is not yet perfect,medical students＇ innovation consciousness is not strong,lack of confidence of entrepreneurship,health industry entry barriers restrict the medical students＇ Entrepreneurship and other unfavorable factors. Inner Mongolia Medical University as a minority area of medical colleges and universities in innovation and entrepreneurship education reform has carried out a useful exploration and thinking.
