摘　　要：山东省自2012年实施春季招生政策以来,招生规模逐年扩大,报考人数及开设专业逐年增加,春季高考招生这种新的人才培养模式正逐渐被认可,春季生源学生已成为大学校园里有别于传统夏季生源的一个重要学生群体。以枣庄学院春季生源学生为研究对象,通过网络问卷调查形式对这一群体学生各方面的特点进行了归纳总结,探讨了针对这一群体进行入学教育的工作思路。In order to adapt to the new situation of universities in Shandong Province are entitled to enroll freshman by taking the College Entrance Examination held in spring since 2012. The recruitment of students scale has expanded each year,and the number of candidates registering for exanfination and undergraduate majors increased year by year. So spring enrollment students have become an important student group,which are different from traditional summer recruitment students. Spring enrollment students in Zaozhuang University has carried on a questionnaire survey,on the basis of the characteristics of this group of students in various aspects are summarized,and then the feasible implementation scheme of freshman orientation is discussed.
