利用开源软件培养高职软件技能人才的探讨

摘　　要：基于开源软件的特点和高职院校开展开源软件培养的优势,简要介绍了利用开源软件培养高职软件技能人才的意义和主要研究内容,重点探讨高职院校多层次、多维度开源软件技能人才培养的机制和方法问题,同时,简要介绍了笔者所在学校利用开源软件进行软件技能人才培养的一些实践情况。Based on the characteristics of open source software and the advantages of software talents training by using OSS in Higher Vocational Colleges. This paper briefly introduces the significance and main research contents of the training of software talents in Higher Vocational Colleges by using open source software,mainly discusses the mechanism and method of multi dimensional open source software technical personnel training in Higher Vocational Colleges. At the same time,using open source software to carry out some practical situation of software skills personnel training in the author＇s school is briefly introduced.
